Ht. 5'5", Start: 210 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey, can anybody tell me when is the bast time 2 go on a diet because sometimes when i start a diet i do really good, then sometimes i do really bad, i'm just so unsure!

well i start on mondays just to see how i do on the week and if it works to keep on it but it's all on how you feel

dont think of it as a diet think of it as a diet think of it as a life style change. Eating healthy and excersize should be a big part of life, not just to lose weight but to keep your body strong and live longer. So its not not about losing weight, even though it is a good side affect, its about living a healthy lifestyle. Btw dont go on and off restrictive diets, just start eating more fruits and vegetables less starches and fats, and limit soda and chips lol. You can do it. The best time to start a diet is when you realise that its time for a change, a long term one.
