Love yourself even if you eat to much one day, know that losing weight is along term process and you'll just cut back the next day. Sometimes you mess up,even if it is often. I just did a big research report on Bulimia, so im worried about ya. bulimia starts with binging, and those feelings of guilt from binging make people throw up. Just stay strong. we are all in this together
