Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey guys my mom just got me a DDR game i had to get a disney chanel one but it's ok as long as i can dance i heard alot of people say that it helps you lose weight i'll still be going to the gym but when i can't go i'll daonce with the game.Hopefully i'll lose mt 50 pounds soon c ya

well i understand good luck but u can get a fun workout by just turning on the radio and dancing how ever you want try it it's a big stress realiver

thats great. i wish i had something fun to do that would involve exercise. ive lost about 40 pounds not doing much exercise at all but now its getting harder to lose weight because im so much smaller so these last 10-20 pounds are barely budging lol i need something like that to get me going
