Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 165 lb - So lately i've been getting away with eating whatever i want, but i'm tired of feeling sluggish so i'm getting back on track with the eating, and i haven't worked out in about 3 weeks due to getting my tonsils out, but im all better and its time to stop being so lazy. also, does anyone know any good workout ideas that are fun and not annoying to do? lol

somtimes i just crank up my fav. dancing music pull down the shades and dance! it feels so good. and its fun.

I love spin classes because you can regulate the intensity of your workout.
