Ht. 5'8", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 140 lb - i usually dont have time to work out but if i cut back on calorie intake will i drop some weight? ik it wouldnt be as much as if i exercised too but will i see a little result?

id aim more for 1200 just because 1000 isnt enough because ive tried it and it ends up making you hungry all the time and you dont lose weight because your body holds onto it until you start eating more, then you start to drop pounds.

yeah but you'd have to cut back 500 calories per day from what you normally eat to lose 1 pound per week
because 500 X 7 is 3500 calories, and thats how many calories are in one pound of fat.
