Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok How does this sound for 2 morrow. A bowl of Specail K cereal and milk maybe an organge. For Lunch I i'm going to have a 100 cal pak, 100 cal pak and a Specail K bar, water and something else. For supper What ever my mom cooks. Then for Exericise I will do 30 min total of basketball, and an hour of dancing, and other exericises I hope I can find my ddr mat. I can't find it. So how does this sound please reply

You should have something more nutritious and natural for lunch, like maybe an apple and a yogurt and a big glass of water. Be careful to have a healthy sized portion when you have dinner later. Good Luck!
