Ht. 5'3", Start: 145 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Breakfast 1 apple and a bowl of cereal.
Lunch bowl of salad, banana, and small pudding.
For dinner I'll have another salad and some cottage cheese.

thats probably such a low amount of calories. if you can do that without getting really hungry then go for it, otherwise, try eating more at breakfast or lunch or something. i think right there is under 1000 calories

pretty good but u need to eat a bit more for dinner...like mayb turkey r chicken with the salad otherwise good job!

wow, if you can do that normally and exercise, then you will lose lots of weight in no time!

That's really good. I wish I could eat healthy like that all the time...but no. :(
