Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 165 lb - ALright, so today all i had for breakfast was a hard boiled egg cause i was running late for school, and then i didnt eat til supper, and i had 3 slices of pizza and 3 breadsticks. so i think my calorie intake for the day is pretty well done lol its fine though because im full so.. lol i wanted to lose another 5 pounds by christmas to be at 180 but it doesnt look like thats gonna happen, my body goes through these stages where ill be stuck at the same weight for about 3 weeks, then ill lose about a pound a week til i reach 5 pounds, and so on. well maybe ill lose about 2 pounds by christmas. either way, im so excited to be at my goal weight! everyone says im slim enough now but i wanna get rid of the love handles and the little bit of fat left on my inner thighs and stomach etc. maybe another 20 pounds is too much to lose (im naturally heavy) but i guess we'll see. well good luck guys!!

I am naturally heavy 2 and i am trying 2 lose 50 pounds! your calorie intake was good, but don't dp that often. you skiped meals and that won't help you at all!
