From sara, Age 17 - 12/13/07 - IP#: 99.231.165.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'5", Start: 163 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 130 lb - im new on this so hello everyone....ok i've been pretty chubby all my life and its pretty hard but now im tired and i've been working out and eating right and i usually lose weight fast and then it comes back then goes and comes back...so i've been working out for about 2 weeks EVERYDAY eating right and i havent lost a pound and i feel like giving up and today i had fries and felt so bad! is this just my body catching up or am i gonna stay at 156 forever i wanna be 140 by at least mid january
Reply from Amanda, Age 18 - 12/14/07 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx dont worry i know how you feel. when i first started for 2 weeks nothing happened, then all of a sudden i got on the scale and 5 pounds was gone. sometimes it just drops all of a sudden. dont worry, itll happen and when it does you'll be happy you kept on going :)
