Ht. 5'5", Start: 156 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Is it easier for your body to lose weight that you eat if it is easier for your body to digest? Like if i started having soup every night for dinner in stead of solider foods. just have thoese earlier on in the day... would that work!!? :)

Hey i jus wanted 2 know what u did to get down to 145 because we kinda have the same goals because i wanna get down to 140 by febuary and im 156 advise plz

Hey Jessica, it is true that it is easier for your body to digest liquids instead of solids, so that means you digest liquids quicker. This doesn't necessarily mean that this means you can lose weight by just that. But I do think I know what you're saying. If you have soup about 2 hours before you go to sleep, your body will have time to digest it, so that you aren't just sleeping with it "in your stomach" and therefore gaining weight. I guess what I am trying to say is that what you simply need to do is watch what you eat before you go to sleep and how long you eat before you sleep. good luck!
