Ht. 5'5", Start: 163 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i gained a pound and im sooo madd because i've been working so damn hard and i guess i just have to work harder...i feel like just giving up and be fat for the rest of my life but i cannot be a quitter so wish me luck guys i just want to lose 15 pounds by febuary....is this possible? i dont wanna make unrealistic goals then disappoint myself later

when you work out really hard you tend to retain some water- it happens to me a lot- the day after a hard workout session i will usually be a pound or so heavier but then the next day i will be back to normal and even loose some

yes! you have plenty of time! so dont freak out! and maybe you gained muscle by that i pound! do you do weight training?
