Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 165 lb - So I did my weighin today and I'm down eight pounds since last Friday. Granted, I did have my tonsils out Monday which has been hell thus far but every day that passes I'm getting closer to being healed up. Its weird...I've been eating too. Infact, I've been eating comparable amounts to what I ate presurgery. This is just weird. Oh well...I'm just going to have to try and do as much damage control as possible after I'm healed. Oh, my grandfather is having bypass surgery on his heart tomorrow. So please pray for him. I'm nervous.
