Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 115 lb - question, i think im 5'3 3/4 or soemthing close to that ... and the weight caculator said that if i was 5'3 i was overweight. but if i was 5'4 i'm perfect.. so im kinda confused..why so much difference? if is was 5'4 i'm not even @ risk to be overweight. idk if i even weigh 134.

any tips for eating for the holidays?
what about indoor exercices besides crunches and push ups, stretching, scissor legs and the regular stuff

They just have to have a cut off, like that normal range is so huge for my height its like a 50lb range, its just cuz we are all bulit different and have different bone structure and muscle tone, but there is nothing wrong if u think u wanna get lower into your normal range. My best advice for the holidays is don't cut out anything and say u cant have it just remember your portions and try a lil bit of everything. Oh and for indoor exercises run up and down your stairs its great cardio plus i promise u will feel it! Good luck =]
