Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 160 lb - okay so i havent been on here in a while, i basically did really well for a week and then screwed up somehow and now ive just been winging it. but as for my weight, i got down to 183, but that was for like a day then it went back to 184 for some reason, my weight seems to fluctuate before dropping a good 5 pounds, so im still 184. wishing i wasnt but what can u do lol im just worried for christmas.. all that food and PEPSI i can not say no to pepsi. so far ive only had one in the past 2 days so i think im doing okay. oh god.. pray for me... the chocolate knows im weak lol good luck guys, and happy holidays!~
