Ht. 5'1", Start: 132 lb, Today: 132 lb, Goal: 100 lb - hey. i know im kinda young for a teenager. but ive been over wieght for too long and i dont want to be anymore. i cant stand to look in the mirror because i absolutely hate the way i look. i went on a pretty good diet over the summer and lost about 15 pounds. but i gained it all back when school started.if you have any advice... please give it to me. im desperate to get skinnier.thank you.

trying to lose weight while in school can be really hard, i definitely know this! some tips for at school would be to avoid the vending machines and snack food that you can buy in the cafeteria. instead of drinking soda, drink plenty of water and milk. and if you do buy school lunch, get a salad instead of those calorie packed fried foods that might as well be pure fat. and for exercise, just walking for 30 minutes a day is a great way to burn extra calories! hope this helped.
