Ht. 5'1", Start: 132 lb, Today: 132 lb, Goal: 100 lb - even after my long jog-walk around my lake yesterday i still didnt loose a single ounce. this stinks. just a question if you know... how much water should i drink each day.

sure. basically you'll be eating 5 times a day! small healthy meals. 2 oz of protein for each meal. added fat, sugar, and dairy products are a no go though. you need dairy products though, because your bones are still growing. exerise 'paced walking' which i love because its easy, and your not killing yourself. you breath in through your nose for 4 steps then out through your mouth for 2. also they have you check your pulse every 6 mins, until you get the hang of how fast your heart should be beating. if its beating to fast then your only burning sugar and possibly muscle tissue. whats best is long spurts of exerise done by walking/jogging because after about 30 mins of cardio, is when you really start burning. hope this cured the curiousity. :) you can check them out on the web. www.provida.com

hey you have to take it easy one workout isn't going to make you lose weight right away so take it easy and don't weigh yourself right after each workout do it everyweek so keep trying and don't worry so keep going and GOOD LUCK
