Ht. 5'1", Start: 132 lb, Today: 132 lb, Goal: 100 lb - wow.
i just went out for another walk just like yesterday. i think i just might cut my feet off. they hurt. but if it gets me skinny and pretty and stuff, then i dont care. im thinking about making this walking a daily thing. thats really unlike me but im looking for a change anyway. please give any encouragement or inspiration. but i feel good.

hey that sounds like a really good idea. that really the only way u r going to c results. but even if u cant do it every day make sure u exercise at least 4 tiimes a week :] good luck

That's really good. It's the first step to working out. If your feet hurt try a better pair of sneakers, or maybe get arch supports. But good job and yea walking everyday is a great way to get into shape remember to eat healthy as well. good luck!!
