Reply from Sierra, Age 13 - 12/31/07 - IP#: 64.91.150.xxx *here's your feedback* -golden grahams cereal: i dont know what that is but it sounds healthy -2% milk: good. but sometime try the skim or fat free milk. -a banana: fruits great for every meal. stick with the banana for each breakfast. -2 kiwis: kiwis are great and give lots of energy but you might want to eat just a little bit more for lunch unless you're not hungry or anything. -a taco: tacos are normally pretty bad but if you use healthy meat [which actually taste really good]then its alright -a bunch of light ice cream: its good to use light ice cream, but how much you gain depends on how much you eat -20 min. cross trainer: i have no idea what "cross trainer" is but im sure 20 minutes of it is great -10 min. on treadmill: that's good. especially after 20 minutes of whatever "cross trainer" is. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
