Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - hi my name is matthew and i am overweight and i dont know how it happened or anything but i have been trying to lose weight but it doesnt seem to work i have tried to exercise and eat a little better but it either doesnt work or i cant do it, if anyone has any help please email me at wildernes33393@yahoo.com
