Ht. 5'4", Start: 251 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 151 lb - Hey everybody. Well I have been on my diet for two days now, and I just weighed myself, and I already lost a pound! I thought I was doing really bad, so I decided to weigh myself, and apparently I wasn't doing as bad as I thought. I completely cut out soda, and have only drank water for the past couple days. I haven't done that good on food, but it wasn't bad. Well, I feel pretty good after losing a pound! :) Yayy!! I'm changing my life in 08! ♥ Good luck everyone. I'll be back on here in a couple days!

OMG ive been doing the exact same thing!!
ive started eating no breakfast,a salad at lunch and(this is were i messed up)a hamburger for supper
but no sodas(just water or flavered water)cuz my moms friend lost 20 pounds on giving up soda!!!

Congrats on the weight loss! Try to stick to weighing in once weekly though as you're more likely to get a weight loss and therefore not become demotivated if you weigh yourself after only a couple of days and see no loss as its too soon!
