Ht. 5'5", Start: 155 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Man, I am LOVING this. I just got a new job so basically I go to school, go to work, then go straight to Muay Thai(a martial arts class) and get home around 8 at night. That leaves me NO time to just go home and snack all day. I've eaten healthier and less in the past week than EVER. My only problem is weekend, when I'm home. Good for you! Keeping busy during the week is a good way to loose weight. For the weekends, to distract yourself from snacking, take up a new hobby. I like to knitt and walk for example.
