Lunch~My Worst Meal~ 400 cals~ 1 bolonga sandwich. 1 teasppon
chocolate
Dinner~300 cals~ Chicken Cesear Salad w/ lowfat Croutons.
Drinks~0 cals~ Drank 6 cups of water throughout the day.
