Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Okay... Will someone please coment on how I did today?
Breakfast~130 cals~ whole grain oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup dry peaches
Snack~35 cals~ 1/2 of a orange
Lunch~My Worst Meal~ 400 cals~ 1 bolonga sandwich. 1 teasppon
chocolate
Dinner~300 cals~ Chicken Cesear Salad w/ lowfat Croutons.
Drinks~0 cals~ Drank 6 cups of water throughout the day.

But I didn't starve... I was full all day. :-D It was freaky!:-o

Anything under 800 cals is technically starvation

I think u did just fine...nice breakfast! and snacks are good. Was the bologna on wheat? did u have cheese?
