Ht. 5'6", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 160 lb - ok so i didnt do as bad as yesterday. at least i dont think. i mean i obviously could have done a lot better. but anyways. i had 2 apples around 1, and then we were out so i had a southwest chicken at mcdonalds(grilled on whole wheat no lettuce or tomato and half the sauce) with a sprite, supper was a grilled chicken from my work(Dairy Queen)with only cheese on it, and a small blizzard after :( i was craving it. so in total today was about 1400 cals. better than yesterday :)

im pretty sure that my only problem was the ice cream, i would have been fine if i didnt have it.

We all have our slip ups, but try to stay away from the fast food, I know its easy because u work there and all but there are so many other healthy options. And cravings suck but u can break them. Like me I love ice cream like no other omg u have no idea and last night I turned it down. I am so proud of myself, u just gotta learn to say no. Good luck!

I dont think you should be eating fast food. Its really not good for you. Well you did better than me! I just started. I have given up pop for a year and it helps a lot!

thats great i love how u can get stuff from fast food places but still control ur calorie intake!
