Ht. 5'8", Start: 147 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey i was just wondering...how often do you guys weigh in? I try to only weigh in once a week as i get disheartened if i weigh in early and dont lose anything but i'd just like to know how often works for everyone else?!? Thanks x

i weigh myself on sunday mornings every week cause its the begining of the week so if ive screwed up i cna get a frsh start

ive been weighing myself every morning for about a year. i find it helps because if u gained a pound, your more likely to do something about it if u find out right away, and also because it helps keep your weight down, and its motivating too lol

Hey, i have a scheduled weigh in with weightwatchers once a week, but if i go to the gym, i always end up stepping onto the scale.

i try to weigh in once a week and if you lose weight a lil slower cause of you goal than try weighing in 1 every 2 weeks

Well I weigh myself every night at 9:30. Ha I dont think were suppose to do it every day but most people do.
