Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 223 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey ya so today was my cheat day worked really hard for a week and needed some good food but not fast foods or anything like that so i had honey bunches of oats for breakfast and for lunch i had a torilla with turkey ham and cheese wellthat was it cause i don't drink anything but water i am worryed about this 3 day trip i'm doing on the 18 i don't want to mess up my diet what do u guys think i should do if i feel like messing up?
