Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 170 lb - so lastnight i had some leftover christmas cookies... lol not horrible though because ive been doing so well, under 1200 calories per day so i deserved a little break. but yeah tomorrow is the day i write down my weight and im hoping to be at 183 tomorrow, i tihnk i will because today i got on the scale and it was a cross between 183 and 184 so i know im gettin ready to lose. but im on my period and im bloated so maybe i should hold off on the weigh-in until midweek or so haha good luck everybody!

under 1200? thats pretty low..especially if you're exercising. 1200 is the LOWEST recommended weight for losing weight healthily and thats only if you're sitting on your bum all day doing nothing. eating to few calories can slow down your metabolism and actually slow you're weight loss!
