Ht. 5'7", Start: 160 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hi. I've lost a 2 lbs in 2 weeks. How fast is too fast or how slow is 2 slow to lose weight? How do I know what goal to set?

yeah if you set a goal of 1-2lbs per week you're bound to achieve it if you've stuck to your plan! Weight may come off a bit faster to start with eg. 3-4lbs per week but after your body has got used to losing weight, the weight loss will slow down a little or can even plateau for a while.

they say 1-2 pounds a week is the perfect speed. that's the kind of weight that stays off!
