Ht. 5'3", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 175 lb - okay guys. so today i've eaten.. half a poptart and half a diet dr pepper for breakfast. for lunch i just had some water. when i got home from school i had half a frosted fudge cake and arby's curly fries and cheese. i havent eaten supper yet but i will post when i do. what do you guys think?

calorie wise your ok, but not nutrition wise. stuff like poptarts is bad for breakfast because it has so much sugar. id have a bowl of cherrios or scrambled eggs instead. its really important not to go more than 4 hours without eating, so you should eat lunch, atleast 300 calories. cake and fries are ok as treats but they shouldnt be eaten reguarly as a snack, you probably consumed about 700 calories in that snack, and it didnt really have any nutrional value.
try this instead:
for breakfast try eggs or some lowfat cottage cheese with fruit. protein is good for breakfast because it keeps you full.
for lunch a sandwich with fruits and veggies is a good choice, plus its easy and yummy.
for your snack id try a cheese stick and a few low fat triscuts, so you have salty stuff and cheese, plus a fun sized chocolate for your chocolate craving.
make sure you eat about 500 calories of lean protien like grilled chicken or fish plus more veggies, fruits, and a light starch like a baked potato for dinner.
sugar causes you to have cravings and mood swings and stuff, not good. enjoy stuff in moderation, but id skip the fries. good luck!
