Ht. 5'3", Start: 200 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 135 lb - im so sick of being fat i work out and dont eat it just wont go away i cry myself to sleep because im lost in my body ppl think that im pretty and fine my boy friend loves my body but i hate it i dont want to be this way anymore i dieted i work out i run 5 miles a day i dont eat more then 1000 calories on a good day on a bad day its less but nothing happens and im so tired of this...help please

all i can say is be patient. it wont happen overnight. and you should eat atleast 1200 calories. its possible that your body is in starvation mode, and its holding onto calories. bringing your intake up to 1200-1500 could actaully help you. and eating balanced meals with protien, whole grains, and fruits and veggies will help you too. make sure you eat atleast every 3-4 hours so your metabolism stays up.

167 is my goal weight i think that its not as bad as you say i mean im practically 400 pounds still hot by the way but but still way over weight i used to cry my self to sleep to but i cut that out a year a go no point in makin ur self down about it the reason i got this big in the first place is i listened to other people and i let there voive get inside my head and fir about 6 years there voice was stuck there and so long as i cared that attitude the very same one you have now i got bigger the very sad thing is you put your self down like i did and still have occational problems doing but i did discover the more i thought of myself as fat the more weight i gained and thats no lie i started listening to people comments at the age 12 when i was probly 198 then in jr high i was 255 and ending high school i junped to 335 pounds omg but one night when i looked at my old pictures i discoverd i wasin't as big as everyone said i was and i wasn't as big as i thought and felt i was well my point is if you keep putting your self down instead of attacking this with the right attitude you you actuaaly end up doing the opposite thing you set your self up to do in the first place my advice join a group and weught in or ya know dissuc excercising tips get in a group and do it together you stand a better chace of losing weight keeping your confidence up and what not by being in a group well ive said about all i can say hope your not offended by any of my dorky commemts if u r im orry k god bless bu bye

SEEMS TO ME EVERYONE DOESNT THINK YOUR OVER WEIGHT AND YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND THAT LIKES YOU FOR WHO YOU ARE. I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL IM THE EXACT SAME EXCERSING IDK I JUST STARTED YEST. DONT LOOK AT THE SCALE MORE THEN ONCVE A WEEEK . AND YOUR DOING GREAT EXCERSING KEEP IT UP WHY GIVE UP THIS WILL ALLL COME TOGETHER TRUST HARD WORK PAYS OFF. MAKE SURE YOU EAT ALOT . YOU CANT STRAVE.
TRY OATMEL. OR GRANOLA BARS OR BAANANANA. OR HEALTHY FOR BREAKFAST .
LUCNH-WATER DEF.AND MAYBE SOME PRETZELS SOME VEGGIES LITE SANDWICHS.
WATCH THE SAUCES RANCH. KETCHUP EETC IS VERY BAD .
SNACKING ==- EAT JELLO WONDERFUL SNACK . OR LITE POPCORN.
DINNER-- TRY A NICE BIG SALAD TEASPPON OF YOUR FAV SAUSE FOR ALL AN THROW SOME MEAT IN TOO.
