From meee, Age 18 - 01/11/08 - IP#: 24.224.249.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 145 lb - hey everyone, it's me again. tonight i was looking for a pair of pj pants that i could wear to bed...i found a pair which i bought last july. they use to be too big for me...but tonight i couldn't even get them past my upper legs...i knew i put on some weight since the summer, but i didn't know it was this bad. i'm so discusted. i been eating so much latly. i also like to exercise outside by walking and running but it's winter time so i can't go walking no more and i really can't afford a treadmill right now because i have college to pay for. i guess i'm gonna have to change my eating habbits and do a few exercises in doors, it's gonna be hard because i love to eat but wish me luck....good luck to everyone!!

Reply from kade, Age 19 - 01/11/08 - IP#: 71.8.231.xxx so.. im in college, i love to eat, im not a big excercise fan, and im so flipping busy its not even funny! but some of the tips i use to stay in shape: workout dvds: i love the reebok dance one, its sweet and a had work out, but really fun. also tae bo is a blast. i hate running so dance videos are the greatest. eating: i never deprive myself. i plan what im going to eat at the begining of the day, and i always have a junk food like a piece of chocolate or a few chips or something like that so i never have cravings that i cant control. i stay away from alcohol for the most part because its full of sugars and stuff. and i keep a ton of easy healthy snacks like oranges and pears around so i never reach for my roomies junk food. also: take the long way to class ;)
