Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I've got a question. Some days I know that my family will be going out for dinner that evening so I cut down on my calorie intake for breakfast and lunch (counting calories and exercising works best for me) is that healthy?

yeah thats a good thing to do, i do that also. justn make sure your breakfast and lunch arent under 200 calories or ull just be super hungry right after

id think so if you have a certain amount of cals you can take in id think eating a lighter breakfast n lunch should help you be able to down more cal for dinner (i mean im no prffesional but)id think it id be ok alrighty see ya god bless oh have a good time ^_^!
