Today was my "exercise day". My cousin and I get together like every other week at least to exercise really well. She is also overweight too. We used to weigh the same but she lost more cause she started earlier than i on a diet and got me to get on it. So today I did 30 situps, 300 bike pull ups, 80 jump in jacks, 100 arm swirls each, 50 jump rope, 50 jump rope skip, haah 10 push ups, hold weights out for 30 secs, 100 steps on the stepper, 20 minutes on the treadmil which burned 168 calories and jobbed a mile, DDR for 54 mins which burned 197 calories and jogged 2.817 miles, then DDR again for an hour which burned 269.182 calories and jogged 2.367 miles. I did so much today and im not even tired. On average I jogged bout 6 miles today and burned over 600 calories today. I feel GREAT!! Cept im not sure if I ate to much today cause i had a banana, cereal bar, egg,fish, 2 oranges, snackbites, and some chocolate ice cream topings which i felt a little guilty bout that. Did I do bad? If im still the same weight as i was this morning im going to freak out!
Reply from amanda, Age 18 - 01/14/08 - IP#: 67.70.199.xxx wow u did amazing. but hey dont sweat it if u didnt lose anything because guaranteed u gained some muscle so it might take a few days for fat to come off, but if u gained muscle u raise ur metabolism which in turn burns more fat, so just keep doin wat ur doin and ull be at ur goal in no time at all!

I am afraid to weigh myself tomorrow cause if i didnt lose anything then im going to freak! I dont want to do any of that exercising again like...EVER if I dont lose anything. I worked so hard!
