Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 223 lb, Goal: 180 lb - well i have a week off my diet and i hate my life right now so all i have is that tomorrow is a new day and hopefully this time i can do this and like i said before no more dieting the is just a new way of life.
