Ht. 5'2", Start: 130 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 115 lb - ugh! ok.... so i decided to start running again (I was in cross country... got me in amazing shape :]) well, now i have my first day of work tomorrow and i have to work 4 days a week when school gets out.... and since it's the winter it gets dark early so i can't run afterwards either.... i was really serious about starting this time but this just kind of bums me out. any ideas on how to get in some cardio indoors at night?????
