Ht. 5'4", Start: 390 lb, Today: 390 lb, Goal: 167 lb - i did pretty good today today I ate some cereal and a burrito at the same time itt was one so i thought brunch which would normally be a big no. Then I ate a burito again and had a fajita bologna n cheese thats all ive had today so in totall i had 900 cal today woot woot not bad for normally I eat more soo this was a good day also I wonder if you can count cleaning up the house a work out hmm?...god bless guys ^_^!

ahh. damn. i cleaned for hours today and im not gunna lie, that hard work haaa. So yes. A workout indeed :)

restricting your calories is good. but you still should eat fruits and vegetables. if all you eat is crap, your body is not going to get the proper nutrients it needs and will just become hungry faster, and not to mention crave more crap. i've always found that eating fruits and vegetables kept me fuller for longer than a big fast food meal or something. weird. but anyway good luck i know you can do it.:)

Good job!! Keep up the good work! make sure you exercise more than you eat. Then you will lose A LOT more weight!
