Ht. 5'2", Start: 146 lb, Today: 126 lb, Goal: 110 lb - hey everyone this is my first time on this site. my friend told me about it so i figured i should check it out. ive been struggling with my weight since i was 14. it goes up and down every year so i always end up buying new jeans all the time. it can be really frustrating sooo i am sticking to a plan to eat healthy and work out everyday. i do have a question though..my one friend who is also dieting with me eats ONLY cottage cheese..she says that she knows someone else who did it and lost a lot of weight fast. does anyone else know about this cottage cheese diet?? :\

yea, you might lose weight fast only eating cottage cheese for a while but once you went back to eating normal foods you would just gain the weight back, even if they were really healthy foods. and it's probably just water weight your friend is losing, not acutal fat.

I agree with lucee your bodys way different from your friends my mom can eat Certain foods that make her smaller and me blaoted and gain weight ya now. What I mean to say is your gunna have ta find your own rythem not someone eleses what works for her may not work for you plus I cant see anyone eating that much cottage cheese. I'd be sick 4 you and I mean that @_@ ( I dont like cottage cheese maybe because the cottage cheese I had was spoiled )any way nice to see you great to have you welcome k god bless ^_^!

I wouldn't recommend eating ONLY cottage cheese and nothing else as you need other nutrients which you dont get in cheese such as carbs, vitamins etc. You'd much better just sticking to a sensible eating plan instead of attempting faddy diets like that. Good luck!
