From lolvely1, Age 18 - 01/16/08 - IP#: 75.5.178.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'4", Start: 390 lb, Today: 390 lb, Goal: 167 lb - hiya guys today I'd say was a good day sorta ohhhhhh I feal like I still need to make some adjustments to me routine I mean I dont eat anything until the evening Ive done this two days straight which is like a new for me what I need to do is get my behind up and go outside and walk up and down the street of course I havent been able to do that because my knee has been jacked up due to me poppin it in and out of my socket last week its getting much better so I actually might go ahead and walk and see how it feals so how many cal do you burn walking? oh another thing Im gunna change is I might start eating more fruit in the morning or......... period latley I have been eating bannana's (hope thats spelled right)and and oranges or clemintimes or whatever those things are called aren't they all the same ? yeah so do you guys have any ideas of like other fruit I could eat? that taste good I kinda get sick of eating the same thing over and over again k god bless ^_^!

I walk like 3.3 miles per hour on the treadmil for 20 mins and that is a mile and i lose bout 168 calories. I do it everyday and it has been awesome! I lost 10 pounds in 11 days! You should give it a try. I increased my speed and the time today and it felt amazing! I love setting goals. Oh I would recommend bluberries, rasberries, blackberries, pears, etc. I LOVE rasberies! But my mom doesnt buy them that much cause were poor so i eat them every once in a while!

Reply from leigh, Age 15 - 01/16/08 - IP#: 66.57.182.xxx grapes, apples, grapefruit, pears, pineapple etc. just go to the produce section of the grocery store and go crazy. lol. but yea you definitely need to eat breakfast, or something in the middle of the day. otherwise you'll probably just binge later on.
Reply from Leah, Age 17 - 01/16/08 - IP#: 24.63.41.xxx someone told me a few days ago that walkin a mile you lose 300 cals. which, duh cant be exact. matters how fast you walk. but a fruit that i like that not many ppl know is called Star Fruit. ha, seems weird but its this green fruit thats shaped like a star. i havent had one in years tho..hm =]
