Ht. 5'4", Start: 134 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 113 lb - yeah! im joinging curves! :).. and omg, my sister is getting married in august ima bridesmaid, and in april, i mite b going to florida, and i get confirmed ( able to take communion @ my church) ..aghh i really need to loose this weight! any meal plans that are really effected?! thanks so much! i love you all!!

whoa you have like a lot of events to go to all I got to say is just to watvh cal intake and burn more than you eat if you can like help it eat like toast and a bananna in the morning and maybe a bologna sandwhich 4 lunch with some chicken crackers there only a dollor at the store so its real cheap so chicken flavored crackers are totally a great substitution for chips oh oh oh oh I remember I got my toncils taken out my doctor told me to eat nothing salty and to eat a lot o Ice cream ao I ate like eggs without salt and just eggs so I dont think thatll work 4 u though so I dont know TRY THE CHICKEN CRACKERS AND IF YOU SONT LIKE CHIKEN FALVORED CRACKERS THEY DO HAVE OTHER DELICIOUS FLAVORS OOOOOOO CRACKERS MMMMM ok Ill stop caps lock now hey any way I hope I helped k god bless ^_^!

If you eat extremely healthy it will work. No sodas, tons of fruit/veggies/water, good protien (tuna, other seafood, grilled meat). Plus lots of exercise is great.
