Ht. 5'1", Start: 180 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I haven't been on this site in forever...but it has gone down hill! I don't know if you girls/guys are just inexperienced dieters..but your diets are all WRONG. You cant eat just one meal a day! 800 calories is not enough to live off of. The reason you people are losing 10 pounds a week is because you are starving yourselves. A good diet needs AT LEAST 1200 calories. You should be eating 3 meals a day, BREAKFAST included. Breakfast starts up your metabolism and helps you burn more calories. If you people aren't eating enough calories your body goes into starvation mode and your body will take the food you are eating and store it as fat. You will lose more weight and keep it off if you follow a healthy diet. 3 meals a day(maybe even a snack) and workout 3 times a week
