Just go on workout mode and type in your weight and go to free and it will tell you how many calories you lose and how many miles you walk. Its amazing! I do it like every Sunday for 3 hours because on all the other days I do the treadmil for a half hour everday and burn about 250 calories. You lose more from the treadmil but DDR is so much more fun! You should do it everyday and you will lose weight in no time! Good luck!
