does your school have any alternate coices also you could pick and day during the weekend and go shopping for healthy food pack your lunch thats what Id do just prepare your lunch a head of time on hte weekends put it in bags like brown paper bags and also pac healthy snaks and this could be what your already eating aftert all bologna doesint have that many cal a speciallly if your only eating a sandwhich and if you would like chips with that I reccomend that you substitute your chips for crackers falavored craker theres ranch and chicken falvor crakers that taste exactly if not bettter than chips and with your busy scheduale it would be easy for you to grab a your lil brown bag in the morn a go so yeah I should think itd be easy just make time on the weekends hope I helped god blessed ^_^!

Whether you realize it or not you're taking in over 1000 cals. Either that or you're below sedetary. I know how it feels to be busy. I'm in college, working, playing a sport (which has practice daily), in a sorority, FCA, Pre Law honor society, Habitat for Humanity, and I have very close to 4.0. Its doable you just have to manage your time. This may mean less tv, friend time, or just hang out time. If you make the time and treat it like one of your appointments (or meetings) you'll make it. Good luck.

you always have time to eat healthy!.. even though i'm not doing too well right now, i could eat healthy if i really wanted to. I also take advanced classes, i play 4 sports, am doing aerospace scholars, take an SAT class every thursday, partcipate in DECA and FCCLA, and work on weekends. All you have to do is pack healthy snacks, and meals. when you get home, a salad take five minutes to prepare, or heat up a lean cuisine =D

Ok well listen first of all you need to at least have 1200 calories and if you can find time try to do some exercises cause thats really important! Ok now arbys i just hope your not eating there cause you shouldnt be eating fast food or your totally not going to lose any weight at all. You need to pack a dinner and eat your own healthy dinner there. I dont know if thats what you do though. But most important thing is EXERCISE!
