Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey everyone so today is the start of change i mean not only body wise but everything i think could be better about myself because i've noticed that many of us are getting better with this journey i'm really proud of everyone on this site even when we fail get up and try again untill we can do this i'm so greatefull to have you guys to talk to and hope everyone's healthy life is going well.
P.S: I read in the biggest loser book that when you eat drink a glass of water before and after if you can't fit the second glass of water that means you ate too much well hope i can help people with this advice and i will post more from the book GOOD LUCK

thanx everyone and yea please don't stop eating it only makes things worst cuz ur gonna have to eat again and then u'll gain the weight back with even more to lose so don't stop eating and good luck

kanika is wrong about skipping dinner. you should eat every four hours to keep your metabolism up.

I loose wieght by skipping dinner. Also, not getting food .
