Ht. 5'4", Start: 251 lb, Today: 249 lb, Goal: 151 lb - Hey everybody, Well I am really sad to report that I have not been doing good at all, well infact I havent even been DOING my diet. I totally messed up, and it really sucks. But anyways, Today I am starting fresh. It's monday, January 21st, 2008, and it is the start of a new me! So far today, I didn't eat breakfast, I know, bad, but I just woke up and it is noon, soo... yeah. Anyways, I am eating lunch right now, and I am having some mashed potatoes, a carrot, and a roll, and some spinach. But umm anyways, my plan is to eat not a ton of fat, and not too many calories. I am going to try and average them out, if that makes sense. Anyways, I have been fat since I was like 10, But not anymore. I am going to get healthy and get skinny eventually. Who's with me!? haha. K, well if you have any tips, i could use em! <3 Thanks!

hi I got a couple of tips Dont skip breakfast it the most important meal of the day well I really shouldint talk I sont eat it but Im gunna start again eat breakfast even if its just like a banna and toast in the mornin and like get stuff like crakers and drink lots o water stuff that will fill you up without a lot of cal I know one of my personal inexpendive fav foods is some chicken flavored crackers oooohhh I love those things there delicious taste like chips they come in different falvors so they got ranch anda bunch of other flavors soo take ur pick theres aso other great alternative for some food maybe I should make a list and conduct an experiment yeah thats what Ill do thankies fro the insperation k god bless I hope I helped ^_^!

hey i'm so glad your not giving up and really take this one day at a time and perpare for some down moments my advice to you is to believe in yourself i've bine fat my whole life and i know how you feel but we can all do this Good Luck
