Ht. 5'8", Start: 163 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 140 lb - (current and starting switched)
Hey guys!
Its been nearly three weeks since i started my goal to lose 31lbs and so far im down 8 which is great. I can already start to see changes in my body and im already feeling a lot better about myself! Now that im putting in so much effort to lose weight whenever i get cravings for junk food i can convince myself not to eat it just by thinking how much exercise id have to do to burn it off =] Anywayz heres what i had today so you can see what im eating to lose so much weight..
EXERCISE B4 BFAST- 40 mins eliptical (burns 1000 cals)
BFAST- porridge made with 2% milk (160)
LUNCH- brown ham salad roll (350)
DINNER- baked potato, tuna with reduced fat mayo, a sprinkle of cheese and lots of salad. (800 max)
Total= 1410
I might have a snack later too probably a 100 cal yoghurt or a piece of fruit.
