Reply from sabina, Age 18 - 01/25/08 - IP#: 69.118.136.xxx diet pills well at least the ones prescribed by doctors are basically something that curbs hunger cravings. the over the counter pills u c on tv are not FDA approved and have been linked to heart attack and stroke. the prescribed meds are also regulated doctors who prescibe diet pills usually cannot let his or her patient stay on the pill for more than 12 weeks. if u want a safer alternative to curbing hunger try mixing 2 tablespoons of honey with water. or boil vegetables and drink the water that you boiled the veggies in. it tastes weird but it is what many people who want to lose weight healthily do to curb their appetite.

Reply from Melissa, Age 16 - 01/23/08 - IP#: 71.238.110.xxx One. Diet pills don't work. They only let you lose a certian amount of weight and you have to live on them forever to keep that weight off. The second you stop taking diet pills, the second you gain the weight back. Two. Diet pills have tons of dangerous side effects such as becoming blind/deaf, ostioperosis, arthritis, and so fourth. My friend even seen anorexia as a side effect on one diet pill. If I were you, I wouldn't do it. Besides, if you're going to try to lose weight that fast, you're going to get stretch marks and become inconfident even after you lose weight.
