Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hellllp. i suck at dieting its week three the first week i got to 144 but then i completely screwed up the other 2 and now im 150. i need advice that will work

hey well i know what u mean i suck at dieting too so what i'm doing right now is eating wat i want but in smaller portions take a small plate and start eating there also just try to not drink too much juice or soda stick to watter the more water u drink the less hungry u'll get and last just move doesn't matter wat workouts u do as long as u workout well that's my advice also believe in urself u can do watev u set ur muind to GOOD LUCK and hope i helped u
