Ht. 5'3", Start: 164 lb, Today: 141 lb, Goal: 135 lb - hey. so I need some help losing the last 6 pounds. over christmas i didnt eat the best but surprisingly didn't really gain any weight. so any advice or tips on getting the last 6 lbs off? Also does anyone have any good toning exercises? especially for a tummy?

welli don't think that there's one workout to tone 1 part of ur body but u can run and sit ups and things like that just keep working out and u should feel very proud of urself only 6 to go good luck

i lost 27 pounds so far from walkin three miles a day it really does work well u should try it
