Reply from kade, Age 17 - 01/27/08 - IP#: 76.84.192.xxx exercising wont hurt you, but its really not any fun. id just rest for a day, or maybe just take a walk. your body will be working hard and using energy to fight your illness, so a leisurly walk would be plenty.

Reply from Kim, Age 17 - 01/27/08 - IP#: 76.188.159.xxx you could of gained muscle from all the exercises. You shouldn't weight yourself everyday once a week is a better choice. When I'm sick I don't do my exercises since most of the time you don't eat enough for it to really matter.
