Ht. 5'2", Start: 154 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 115 lb - hey everyone i want to lose about 40 pounds by june/july since i'm going to europe. if anyone would like to give me tips on what to eat and what work outs to do that would be great and very uplifting. i want to start tomorrow and i'm not calling it a diets because diets don't help. i'm calling it a life change and i just want to change the way i eat and how i live and i just want to be healthier

well i agree with u on the diet part what works for me is just controling the size of wat u eat it's hard cuz i've messed up alot but wen i do it right it works also run/walk that makes u lose weight fast also just drink alot of water it helps you everything and wen u fail jus keep going well thats my advice now i'll go take my own advice now lol good luck
